In this, at least, he is nothing like Seimei, whose memory and somewhat arrogance meant that knowledge came easier to him. Masahiro's been working too hard, day and night, again, to the point of this exhaustion, but I know him well enough that pointing it out will only result in him snapping at me. I refuse to even consider the consequences if someone actually discovers him sleeping in here. To think that the grandson of the great Seimei would end up sleeping in such a place as this I shake my head, the musty smell of old records and even older scrolls lingering in the air as I take a deep breath and return to the task of listening for any footsteps approaching.
